Our full-time positions come with competitive benefits, including salaries ranging from $60,000 to $105,,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. We value our team, and the potential for additional earnings through commissions and bonuses is one of our company’s main strengths.
We offer a signing bonus of $2500, depending on your experience.

Our training program:
No prior experience in fixing appliances? No problem! We've got you covered with comprehensive training (and you'll get paid while learning the ropes).
We follow a proven process tailored for individuals entirely new to appliance repair. You'll engage in in-person classes and video training, hone your customer interaction skills through practice, and accompany seasoned technicians on ride-alongs to enhance your expertise and comfort level. By the time you begin handling calls independently, you'll already be a confident professional.
